  1. refactor: remove public client from AMQPSession, expose closed getter 

    Hiding the underlying transport prevents users from opening untracked
channels or overwriting ondisconnect. Tests now use a separate AMQPClient
for setup/publishing and cast through any for disconnect simulation.
